An impressive private equity firm is looking for an Investor Relations Support professional to assist with Investor outreach. This role will provide fantastic exposure across the business, working with a number of stakeholders, but it doesn’t include fundraising. This position would suit an individual who enjoys a broad role, delivering on investor communications, marketing support activities, and organising events.

Responsibilities:

• Event management and support, including delegate outreach, logistics and on-site management
• Investor Relations emails and correspondence
• LP follow up
• Due diligence meeting arrangements and coordination
• Assistance with LPAC communications, board packs and materials.

Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience in investor relations support or equivalent, ideally working within a private equity firm, or placement agent
• Very strong attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner
• Keen eye for communications, ideally with experience creating email campaigns and HTML invitations
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful, energetic, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Mature and self-confident with presence and credibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Proactive nature, ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
