We are partnered with a global private assets firm to hire an Investor Relations Professional on a long-term contract (18 months). The purpose of the position is to provide outstanding Investor Servicing and Relationship Management to their existing client base, working with internal teams to ensure processes are efficient and information is clear and consistent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of an exemplary client experience to support and maintain high levels of investor satisfaction
  • Investor communications and query management
  • Oversee the planning and execution of investor events including investor briefings, AGMs etc.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely production of all relevant investor reports and materials
  • Champion system, process and reporting improvements which streamline and enhance the investor experience
  • Develop and execute new IR initiatives which can be rolled out globally.

They are looking for someone with:

  • 7-12+ years’ experience in investor relations/client services at an alternatives manager
  • An Investor Servicing champion who is dedicated to excellent levels of client servicing
  • Knowledge of the institutional EMEA landscape
  • Highly collaborative with their immediate team and the rest of the business, bringing positivity and optimism to the workplace
  • CRM (Salesforce) champion internally
  • Highly organised and diligent with excellent attention to detail
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
