I’m working exclusively with an alternative international asset management firm who are hiring for the Institutional Client Service team in London. This opportunity is targeted at Associate level candidates with relevant experience managing a book of clients across the full client lifecycle within asset management.
Responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for an assigned book of existing clients and operate as their daily service contact for Relationship Management, Onboarding and AML/KYC tasks.
- Proactively coordinate responses to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy and fees.
- Deliver bespoke reports and client questionnaires in collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
- Attend/host client update meetings and due diligence visits.
- Ensure that all client servicing activity is record accurately on the CRM.
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
- Ensure continued compliance with AML/KYC processes.
Skills required:
- 2-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Detail orientated, with strong work ethic, able to prioritise and organise your time well.
- Knowledge of investment products – IMC preferred
