We are exclusively partnered with a globally leading asset manager who are hiring an Analyst for their Client Relations team in London. This opportunity will suit an individual at the early stages of their career (around 1 years’ experience).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the production of institutional investor materials such as presentations and bespoke reporting.
- Support with the coordination of roadshows, due diligence days and client meetings.
- Produce RFPs and DDQs.
- Proactively update the CRM system, tracking all fund activities.
- Respond to client queries quickly and accurately, working with the relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with legal teams, fund administrators and other internal teams on the onboarding of prospective investors.
Requirements
- Roughly 1 years' experience within asset management, ideally in a Client Service/Sales Support/Investor Relations team.
- Good excel and numeracy skills needed.
- High attention to detail.
- Requirement of 3 days in the office.
