Responsibilities
- Play a strategic role in overseeing client relationships, ensuring operational efficiencies and smooth fund administration.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Manage all aspects of client servicing for a book of UCITS investors (including onboarding, transitions, closings etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new fund launches.
- Coordinate fund documentation (e.g. KIIDS, factsheets, financial statements).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by coordinating with fund boards, 3rd-party administrators and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on UCITS, providing input on implementing best practices and streamlining processes.
Requirements
- c.10 years’ experience in institutional client services, investor relations or fund operations within asset management.
- Proven working knowledge of UCITS funds including regulatory requirements, fund governance and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and institutional clients.
- Effective project manager with problem-solving ability.
- Passion for financial markets.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
