We are working with a specialist asset manager that is hiring a UCITS Client Associate to join a lean team in London. This new headcount reflects the strong performance the firm has had and offers great growth & development opportunity. This is a mid-level role specifically targeted at individuals with a total of 3-6 years' experience post-university.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of servicing UCITS investors and distribution partners, including onboarding, transitions, restructurings, closings, and complex cash flow management.
- Provide ad-hoc support for institutional separate account clients.
- Oversee the coordination of fund documentation (factsheets, KIIDS etc.), ensuring compliance with UCITS regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new fund and share class launches.
- Proactively suggest ideas for streamlining processes and automating workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in fund operations or client services covering UCITS investors (and additional experience with separate account clients would be desirable).
- Working knowledge of UCITS funds, in terms of the regulatory requirements, reporting and fund operations, is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple internal teams.
