I’m working exclusively with a specialist real assets investment that cover public and private market strategies. They are hiring for an Associate to join the Client Service team in London. This opportunity will suit an individual with 2-5 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role within asset management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for an assigned book of existing clients and operate as their daily service contact for relationship management and onboarding tasks.
  • Proactively coordinate responses to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy and fees.
  • Deliver bespoke reports and client questionnaires in collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
  • Attend/host client update meetings and due diligence visits.
  • Ensure that all client servicing activity is recorded accurately on the CRM.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Ensure continued compliance with AML/KYC processes.

Skills required:

  • 2-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management.
  • Real assets experience is not required but interest in alternatives is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
  • Detail orientated, with strong work ethic, able to prioritise and organise your time well.
  • Knowledge of investment products - IMC preferred.
