Job Description
I am currently partnering with a Leading Workplace Pension Provider on two senior opportunities in their Business Development team. Whether you're a seasoned leader or an ambitious manager, this is your chance to join a provider with national reach, strong partnerships, and real momentum in the UK DC market.
The Opportunity
- Two roles available: Business Development Director and Business Development Manager , both focused on new business growth in workplace pensions.
- Engage directly with key Employee Benefit Consultants and Corporate Advisers to position the organisation as a provider of choice.
- Join a collaborative team in a values-led business, known for its long-term thinking and trusted brand.
- Fully remote working arrangements available as part of an established, collaborative team.
Requirements
- For the Director role: Strong network, proven track record in complex new business acquisition, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
