The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsibilities will include:
- You will be the daily point contact for circa 10-20 clients and will be expected to contribute to the client experience.
- You will work directly with clients and their investment consultants on all queries and requests for information.
- Providing a prompt response to client queries which will require you to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders globally, from Portfolio Managers/Investment teams, RFP/Marketing, Legal & Compliance and Operational teams, in order to obtain accurate and timely information.
- You will be responsible for all service & reporting requirements for your clients, from oversight of outsourced providers’ periodic reports to the production of quarterly investment reviews and other regular or custom reporting. As part of this, you will be required to work closely with our Client Reporting Specialist.
- This is very much client-facing; you will be expected to arrange and participate in client meetings.
Skills required:
- 3-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Detail orientated, with strong work ethic, able to prioritise and organise your time well.
- Can understand and interpret investment/performance reports, valuations and client statements.
- Knowledge of investment products and asset classes - IMC preferred.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, Excel (V-lookups/macros), Salesforce and Seismic.
