Responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for an assigned book of existing clients and operate as their daily service contact for Relationship Management, Onboarding and AML/KYC tasks.
- Proactively coordinate responses to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy and fees.
- Deliver bespoke reports and client questionnaires in collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
- Attend/host client update meetings and due diligence visits.
- Ensure that all client servicing activity is recorded accurately on the CRM.
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
- Ensure continued compliance with AML/KYC processes.
Skills required:
- 2-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Detail orientated, with strong work ethic, able to prioritise and organise your time well.
- Knowledge of investment products and asset classes - IMC preferred.
