Asset Servicing Client Service Associate

I’m working exclusively with an alternative international asset management firm who are hiring for the Institutional Client Service team in London. This opportunity is targeted at Associate level candidates with relevant experience managing a book of clients across the full client lifecycle within asset management. You will be responsible for an assigned book of existing clients and operate as their daily service contact for Relationship Management, Onboarding and AML/KYC tasks. Proactively coordinate responses to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy and fees. Ensure that all client servicing activity is record accurately on the CRM. Ensure continued compliance with AML/KYC processes. 2-5 years institutional client service experience within asset management. ~
