The William Blair Women in Banking Programme is a two-day immersive experience designed to introduce high-potential female students to careers in investment banking. Through workshops, commercial discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will gain first-hand insight into the analyst role and life at William Blair.

- Selected participants may be considered for accelerated progression within William Blair's 2027 Summer Analyst Programme
