William Blair in London or Amsterdam seeks an Associate to join its newly formed European Private Capital Markets team. You will execute analyses to support business development, perform financial modelling, valuation and due diligence across growth equity raises, private placements, structured equity and recapitalisations, while working with management teams and investors.
You will lead due diligence, develop equity stories, contribute to client materials, coach Analysts and interns.
