William Blair seeks an Associate for its European Private Capital Markets team, based in London or Amsterdam, to advise high-growth technology companies on private capital raises. You will perform in-depth analyses, financial modelling and due diligence across growth equity raises, private placements and recapitalisations, guiding senior teams and clients.
You will work with management teams and European investors, translate modelling outcomes into clear messages, and mentor Analysts and interns.
