Location: William Barcroft Junior School, Cleethorpes
Contract: Permanent, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Term Time only
Salary: HLT Scale 1a, point 3 (£24,796) – actual salary £5,560 per week

Responsibilities:
- Supervise individual and groups of children in dining and circulation areas during lunch break.
- Engage children in appropriate activity to maintain behaviour, standards and wellbeing.
- Intervene when necessary to preserve safety and welfare.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Passionate and dedicated with a strong commitment to education.
- Strong work ethic and a flexible approach to tasks.
- Approachable, professional, reliable and self‑motivated.
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Experience or interest in working with children is desirable.
