Join a newly formed training team driving transformation across international London Market business units. This isn’t a standard trainer role – you’ll be embedded in change projects, delivering training on complex insurance systems and bespoke platforms. We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently. You’ll create engaging, bite-sized training resources, support UAT, onboarding, and post go-live activities.
Experience required:
- Experience in complex training roles
- London Market insurance knowledge (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with PAS, claims systems, or bespoke Insurance platforms
- Hands on, pragmatic approach
This is a 12 month FTC, paying £60,000 per annum + benefits, 1 day per week in the Central London offices.
