Operations Specialist - Insurance - Data Operations Our client, a specialty insurance organisation, is seeking a detail-driven Operations Specialist who is passionate about data, processes, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role focused on analysing, challenging, and enhancing the operational data that underpins the member network. What we're looking for Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with complex datasets Proven experience within Insurance sector, ideally London Market Insurance Someone who is curious and detail-oriented - you don't just accept data, you question it Comfortable working with multiple data sources and operational processes simultaneously Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently, including in member-facing settings A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements Experience in operational, data, or analytics-focused environments This is a permanent position paying between £60 - £85k plus bonus with the benefit of working remotely and will require occasional travel.
