Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for an Operational Resilience SME/Consultant to lead an end-to-end review of the current operational resilience across a business. Stellarmann builds teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes; in this case, the end client is confidential.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Operational Resilience Specialist/SME, with the ability to assess and improve resilience across entire business operations-not just technical domains.
  • Broad technical understanding across: Telephony, Web platforms, Applications, Hardware, Infrastructure, Network & Security.
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge: Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of third-party and supplier relationships, and how they impact operational resilience.
  • Banking or financial services background is advantageous, due to alignment with current resilience standards and practices.

This is an initial 3-month contract, paying competitive market rates outside IR35, with hybrid working (2 days per week in the client\'s office).
