Our client, a major organisation within the insurance market, is looking for an experienced Data Science Lead to support a large-scale modernisation programme, delivering commercial analytics and predictive pricing capabilities.

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

  • You have delivered insurance pricing models and have experience building commercial analytics and predictive modelling solutions.
  • You have General Insurance or London Market experience.
  • You have experience with HX Renew/Hyperexponential (highly desirable).
  • You have strong Python expertise, alongside experience with Spark, R and modern data science tooling.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience leading data science teams and initiatives.
  • You can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and drive delivery in complex environments.

The role requires 1 day pw in London and is offering very competitive market rates, Inside IR35.
