Our sister company Stellarmann are supporting a leading insurer on a strategic Claims Transformation Programme and are seeking a Data Architect to drive the data architecture direction of this multi-year initiative. This role will lead the end-to-end data architecture, modelling and integration design for the implementation of the Docosoft claims platform, ensuring seamless data flows across the enterprise, alignment with business, reporting and analytics requirements, and the successful evolution of the organisation's claims data landscape. Reporting into senior technology leadership, this position will shape data standards, technical governance, and long-term data architecture strategy.
You'll be a great fit for this role if:
- You have deep experience as a Data Architect within large scale transformation programmes.
- You bring strong hands-on expertise across Azure data platforms, including ADF, Databricks, Data Lake, Azure SQL and Power BI.
- You have strong London Market insurance knowledge and understand claims data structures, flows and reporting needs.
- You can produce both high level and low level data architecture and integration designs, guiding engineering teams through delivery.
- You have extensive experience in data modelling, data migration, integration patterns, warehousing and analytics.
