A Global Insurance client is seeking a hands-on IT SOX Analyst to join a small, high performing IT Controls & Compliance team. This is a practical, delivery-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys executing SOX testing, improving control maturity, and working closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform ITGC and SOX controls testing, walkthroughs, and documentation updates
- Identify control gaps and support remediation
- Gather and organise audit evidence; maintain process notes and control documentation
- Work collaboratively with Senior SOX Managers, technology teams, and control owners
- Support uplift of maturing controls and promote good governance practices
Essential Experience
- Strong experience in IT SOX, ITGC, IT Audit, or Technology Risk
- Background in regulated environments (insurance helpful, not essential)
- Strong "roll up your sleeves" delivery mindset
- Solid knowledge of ITGC, IAM, change management, logical access, and application controls
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
