Business Architect - Claims Discovery Project - Outside IR35 Our sister professional services company Stellarmann are working with a leading London Market insurer who are looking for a Business Architect. You will lead a short-term initial discovery phase focused on their current claims operating model, processes and future use of Docosoft. There is potential for this to extend into the delivery phase. You'll be a great fit for this role if you have: Strong Business Architecture experience within London Market insurance, ideally across Claims A good understanding of Open Market and Delegated Authority claims processes Experience assessing current vs future-state capabilities, operating models and business processes Knowledge of the wider London Market ecosystem including DXC, DCOM, PPL, brokers and TPAs Experience with claims platforms/workflow/automation; DocoSoft experience would be highly beneficial Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading discovery engagements The role requires 2-3 days pw in London and is offering very competitive market rates, Outside IR35.
