Novartis is seeking an AI Change Lead through Magnit Global to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies. You will lead strategic change initiatives, foster AI fluency, and embed AI-enabled behaviours across the organisation to support the ambition to become AI-enabled by 2028.
This is a hybrid, PAYE Inside IR35 contract lasting 9 months, with a 35-hour work week and a start date of 1 September 2026.
