We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Repairs and Renovations Coordinator to join our growing Commercial function. As a key member of this newly established and high-focus area of the business, you will play a critical role in supporting the Repairs and Renovations Manager. This position requires strong collaboration with our Customer Care team to ensure our repairs and renovations services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer & Order Management: Handle incoming requests for spare parts and service jobs, providing accurate quotes and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the ordering of parts required to fulfill jobs and proactively liaise with suppliers and internal supply functions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operational Planning: Coordinate with the Customer Care Stores team to arrange the efficient dispatch of parts only orders. Ensure all service jobs are planned, scheduled, and tracked effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Care team, fostering strong internal relationships to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Data & System Utilisation: Navigate and manage data across numerous internal systems, maintaining accurate records for all ongoing jobs and customer interactions.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal team members and external suppliers.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple software systems, with a high degree of accuracy in processing data.

Ideally, you will have customer care experience from a similar industry, though this is not essential as we are able to provide training for the candidate with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
