As the UK\’s largest manufacturer of holiday homes and lodges, we design practical and beautiful homes for parks across the UK and internationally.

With a strong market presence and growing customer base, we seek talented individuals to elevate our sales efforts.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person, passionate about holiday homes, to join our commercial team as an Area Sales Manager, initially covering Scotland.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, promoting our products.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales training to customers\’ staff.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work with the Customer Care team to ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and trends.

About You

You have a proven sales track record, with effective communication skills engaging trade customers, consumers, and stakeholders. You demonstrate excellent negotiation and closing skills, focusing on building long-term relationships.

You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills come naturally to you, along with adaptability to market changes.

Proficiency with CRM systems, CPQ software, and spreadsheets is beneficial. You should be comfortable with extensive travel within the area to meet clients and attend events.
