We’re excited to be working with Finham Park to recruit a Business Administrator to join their existing team.

The Opportunity:
They are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to support the school to continue to achieve high standards of education. Naturally, you will be a team player with a can-do attitude, paired with excellent communication and organizational skills to enable you to provide effective administrative support across all areas of the school. The ideal candidate must be extremely flexible, adept at prioritizing and multitasking, and comfortable jumping from one task to another at a moment's notice. Above all, you will bring a calm, level-headed approach to what can frequently be a fast-paced environment.
A Business Administration Apprenticeship allows for participation in the day-to-day running of a business, forming the cornerstone of a workplace. This apprenticeship provides transferable skills including administration, communication, IT and customer service, which can be utilised across a broad spectrum of future roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Making and receiving telephone calls, ensuring messages are forwarded on to relevant staff
- Typing of letters
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Face to face interaction with students, parents and contractors
- IT duties using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word

Working Hours:
Mon - Thur 8 - 4 - Friday 8 - 3.30 Term Time only + 1 week
Pay:
Apprenticeship pay scale, £8 per hour for the first 12 months, followed by National Minimum Wage for your age.
Training to be provided:
A nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, 17 months plus up to 6 weeks for end-point assessment.
