We are easily accessible by car including free parking and via public transport from Coventry and the surrounding area.
Leading our toddler department, you will oversee a dual-room setting to ensure the highest quality of care. You'll collaborate with the senior management team to implement our educational vision, inspiring your practitioners to deliver a gold-standard learning experience every day.
- Planning and delivering activities for children
- Support, observe, monitor, record and report on children's progress
- Develop and maintain trusted professional relationships with the children in our care and their significant family members
- Be a positive role model for children's development
- Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and ensuring required changes are made for children with additional needs
- Adhering to the Early Years Framework and all appropriate policies and procedures in particular child safeguarding
- Leading the planning and delivery of activities with a focus on ensuring each child has an enriching and rewarding experience in nursery
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
A relevant level 3 qualification
Strong background in early childhood education and childcare
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for the development of the staff team
