Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term basis of nine months.
You will lead and motivate volunteers, plan rotas, handle cash and banking, and ensure high standards of customer service, stock processing, pricing and merchandising.
This role requires retail experience, strong communication, and a flexible approach to weekend shifts, aligned with the charity's values and mission.
