Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Oxley Park shop on a 9‑month fixed term. You will support the Shop Manager, supervise volunteers, drive shop performance and ensure excellent customer service in a busy charity retail environment.
This role involves cash handling, stock processing, merchandising, rota management and upholding health and safety policies while promoting fundraising initiatives in the local community.
