An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Practice Development Team on a part-time basis at Willen Hospice, the leading provider of specialist palliative care in the Milton Keynes area.

This unique and rewarding role is perfect for a qualified health professional looking to develop their career in education, clinical quality, and service improvementwhilemaintaininghands-on clinical practice.

Whatyoulldo: Deliver and support high-quality, evidence-based education and training across clinical teams.

Work alongside staff in clinical environments to assess practice andmaintaincare standards.

Provide face-to-face clinical care to patients and their families.

Drive compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives Support clinical projects and quality improvement initiatives.

Werelooking for someone who: Is aqualified RN or AHP with current registration and practical clinical experience.

Hasa strong interest in palliative and end-of-life care.

Haseffective organisational and communication skills.

Confidentin engaging with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Hasa desire to developand deliverteaching and education deliveryskills withconfidence Hasknowledge of audit processes and evidence-based practiceisdesirable.

About the role Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice isthe leading provider of specialist palliative care in the Milton Keynes area.

We offer round-the-clock, expert care to localpatients with a life-limiting illness, both in their own homes and in our In-Patient Unit.
