Willen Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional to join our Board as a Clinical Board Member.

The Role

As a Clinical Board Member, you will

  • Support us in fully representing the growth and diversity of our city and surrounding areas.
  • Offer strategic oversight and expert advice on clinical matters.
  • Support the Board and Executive Team in ensuring high standards of care, safety, and governance.
  • Help shape the future direction of our services in a challenging healthcare environment.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Willen Hospice, representing us at events and helping grow our network and influence.

About you

We are seeking an individual who can offer

  • Registration as a healthcare professional (e. g., doctor, nurse, allied health professional)
  • Significant experience in clinical practice, quality improvement, or healthcare leadership
  • A genuine understanding of the challenges and opportunities in palliative or end-of-life care

Board members will typically dedicate 2-3 days per month, on a voluntary basis, to the role.
