Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes area is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term basis for 9 months. You will support the Shop Manager in daily operations, lead volunteers, and drive sales and customer service.
Ideal candidates will have retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stock, money and shop operations in a charity setting. Weekend flexibility is required.
