Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in the daily operation of our Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term 9-month contract. You will inspire volunteers and customers alike, manage stock, pricing, merchandising, and cash handling to uphold excellent standards of service.
You will lead a team of volunteers, coordinate shifts, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies while promoting our fundraising initiatives in the local community.
