Willen Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Oxley Park shop on a 9‑month fixed-term basis to support the Shop Manager and inspire volunteers and customers alike.
You will drive daily shop operations, manage stock, pricing and merchandising, and uphold exceptional customer service while supervising volunteers and coordinating rotas. Flexibility to cover weekends and other nearby shops is required.
