Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for the Oxley Park shop for a fixed term of 9 months. You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, drive sales, support volunteers and manage rotas, cash handling and store safety.
The role requires experience in retail, a proactive leader who can motivate a team, provide excellent customer service, and work flexibly including weekends to cover nearby shops.
