Willen Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term basis of 9 months. Join our retail team to support the Shop Manager in daily operations and inspire volunteers and customers alike.
You will help drive sales targets, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a high standard of customer service while coordinating a willing team of volunteers across shifts. This role requires flexibility to cover weekends and in nearby shops as needed.
