Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term basis of 9 months. You will support the Shop Manager, inspire volunteers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy charity shop.
You’ll lead a small team, manage stock, cash handling and merchandising, and provide excellent customer service while promoting our fundraising initiatives in the local community.
