Willen Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for their Oxley Park shop on a fixed-term basis of 9 months. You will support daily shop operations, drive sales, supervise volunteers and ensure exceptional customer service in a busy charity retail setting.
You will assist with stock processing, pricing, merchandising, rotas, and financial records, while upholding health, safety and shop policies. Flexibility to cover shifts is required.
