Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Financial Services Administrator role based in the Greater Leicester Area. The role involves supporting financial advisers with end‑to‑end administration for pensions, ISAs and investment products, including preparing documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The Senior Financial Services Administrator will liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to obtain information, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating CRM and platform systems
- Preparing review packs and reports
- Monitoring case progress
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Contributing to process improvements
- Supporting management with ad hoc projects

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in financial planning with experience supporting advice across products such as pensions, ISAs, protection, and investments
