As a well-established wealth management firm, Willday Wealth Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in financial services administration who is confident managing client documentation, liaising with providers, and supporting advisers with more technical aspects of financial planning. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering a high standard of service to both clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for clients
- Welcoming clients into the office and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, organising, and uploading documents to CRM systems
- Monitoring shared inboxes and handling correspondence
- Liaising with providers to chase outstanding information
- Maintaining the FCA daybook for advisers
- Processing letters of authority and organising policy documentation
- Supporting advisers with client file organisation and post‑meeting administration
- Preparing portfolio overviews based on provider information
- Defaqto risk reports
- CashCalc cash‑flow modelling reports
- Preparing annual review documentation, including:
- Portfolio valuations
- Fund performance and analysis
- Cashflow reports (where required)
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3–5 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
- Have a strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident liaising with providers, clients, and advisers
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Have experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with tools such as Defaqto, FE Analytics, or CashCalc

- £28,000 to £32,000 salary depending on experience
