We’re looking for a hands-on Packing Team Leader to lead our packing team, keep the line running efficiently, and make sure every meal is packed to the right quality and food safety standards.. . Work along side other Packing Team Leaders.. .
What You’ll Do.
- - Lead and support the packing team during daily production..
- - Organise the team and keep the packing line running efficiently..
- - Make sure meals are packed accurately and to the correct specification..
- - Monitor quality, presentation and packing standards throughout the shift..
- - Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed..
- - Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep production on track..
- - Work closely with the Production Manager and wider production team..
- - Set a strong example and help create a positive, productive working environment.. .
What We’re Looking For.
- Previous experience leading a team in food production, manufacturing, packing or a similar fast-paced environment..
- Confident managing people and keeping a team focused and productive..
- Strong attention to detail - quality and accuracy matter here..
- Comfortable working to production targets and deadlines..
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene..
- A hands-on, team-first attitude - you’ll be working alongside the team, not just supervising them..
- Reliable, organised and able to stay calm when production gets busy.
Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 yearly
Starting time: Immediate start!
