About the Role
Will & White is looking for enthusiastic and reliable online tutors (hourly basis) to join our tutoring team.
We are looking for tutors who can teach one or more of the following
- Secondary School: Maths / English / Science
- GCSE: Maths / English / Science
- A Level: Maths / Science
You do not need to teach all subjects or all levels. You can apply based on your individual subject knowledge and teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and structured 1-to-1 online lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s ability and learning needs.
- Help students improve their knowledge, confidence and academic performance.
- Prepare students for school assessments, GCSEs and/or A Levels, depending on your area of expertise.
- Provide homework, practice questions and revision support where appropriate.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in your chosen subject(s) and level(s).
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.
- Comfortable delivering lessons through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
