Looking to join a fast-growing, ambitious property business where no two days are the same? Are you Sava (Registered Valuer) or RICS accredited, with 3+ years’ experience in the property industry? Are you an ambitious self-starter looking for a varied, flexible role in London / South East? Have you got excellent client management and communication skills?

We are looking for a talented valuer to join our boutique firm of Chartered Surveyors, working predominantly across Greater London and the South.

The Role

  • Carrying out inspections on a wide range of residential properties across London and the South East
  • Preparing high-quality valuation reports and appraisals in line with RICS standards
  • Managing client relationships and delivering a responsive, professional service
  • Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong industry relationships

Reporting directly to the Director, this is a predominantly remote / hybrid role suited to someone comfortable balancing independent working with regular travel across the region.
