This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-weight Interior Designer based in Birmingham. The role involves designing and planning residential and commercial interiors, developing interior design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and overseeing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications and procurement. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with our exceptional design standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Interior Design, including space planning and design development.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with experience in technical detailing and documentation.
- Demonstrated understanding of FF&E selection, specification, and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar. Knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience within luxury residential or commercial design projects is highly advantageous.
