The successful candidate will work closely with fund managers and investors, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and investor reporting. Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly management accounts and financial forecasts, maintaining direct client engagement
Assist with investor capital calls, drawdowns, and distributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Produce statutory accounts for various private equity fund structures, including limited partnerships and special purpose vehicles
Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns and adherence to regulatory requirements
