The Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high‑performing finance team, coaching and mentoring staff across finance and management functions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Group and Board‑level committees, presenting management accounts, forecasts, and strategic advice.
  • Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring transparency and excellence in governance.
