The Role
We are supporting a well‑established organisation in the recruitment of a senior finance leader. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a strategic and highly visible finance role, directly influencing the organisation’s long‑term financial planning, governance, and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing finance team, coaching and mentoring staff across finance and management functions.
- Develop and execute multi‑year financial strategies aligned with organisational growth and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Group and Board‑level committees, presenting management accounts, forecasts, and strategic advice.
- Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring transparency and excellence in governance.
