W&A is partnering with a leading tourism organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This hybrid role offers flexibility across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling offices, with attendance required just once per week.

The Opportunity

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights and supporting the delivery of the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management to provide strategic financial insight and challenge.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes across directorates.
  • Deliver high-quality management information, performance analysis and recommendations.
  • Support investment appraisals, scenario planning and business cases for key initiatives.
  • Champion best practice in financial management, ensuring compliance and value for money.
  • Manage, mentor and develop finance colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior finance business partnering role.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect financial performance with organisational outcomes.
  • Experience in the public or not-for-profit sector, or in an organisation with a strong purpose-led mission, is advantageous.

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: £47,000 - £53,000.
  • Hybrid working model one office day per week across Edinburgh, Glasgow or Stirling.
  • 43 days' holiday (including public holidays) with the option to buy or sell additional leave.
