W&A is supporting a well-established, international organisation with the appointment of a Senior Credit Control Manager. This senior role is based in Glasgow and offers a hybrid working model, combining flexibility with regular in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will take ownership of a critical finance function, leading teams and shaping credit strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end credit control operations. You'll play a key role in protecting cash flow, managing risk and partnering with senior stakeholders to support sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the credit control function, setting clear direction and performance standards
- Oversee collections, debtor performance and cash targets across a diverse customer base
- Partner with senior finance and commercial stakeholders on credit risk and complex escalations
- Drive continuous improvement across credit policies, processes and controls
- Manage, coach and develop credit control managers and team leaders
