W&A is supporting a global organisation to appoint a Purchase to Pay Transformation Lead to play a key role in a major Finance Transformation programme.
Based just outside Glasgow with hybrid working, this two-year fixed-term opportunity will give you the scope to shape and improve Purchase to Pay across a complex, global environment.
The Opportunity This is a highly visible transformation role for an experienced Purchase to Pay professional who wants to make a meaningful impact.
You'll lead the P2P workstream, working closely with Finance, Procurement and wider stakeholders to simplify processes, strengthen controls and create more consistent ways of working.
With a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement, you'll help shape a P2P model that is efficient, scalable and ready for the future.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Purchase to Pay workstream as part of a wider Finance Transformation programme.
Shape and improve end-to-end P2P processes and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
Support the design and implementation of systems and process change.
Translate transformation priorities into clear plans and deliverable actions.
Manage key risks, dependencies and workstream priorities.
Provide P2P expertise throughout the wider ERP transformation.
Help develop the longer-term roadmap for Purchase to Pay.
Establish meaningful KPIs to support performance and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships across Finance, Procurement and the wider business.
Candidate Profile Strong Purchase to Pay or accounts payable experience.
Experience in transformation, process improvement or process standardisation.
Exposure to ERP implementation or systems change would be beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The ability to turn complex challenges into practical, workable solutions.
A collaborative approach and confidence challenging existing ways of working.
Experience within a global or complex organisation would be advantageous.
LEAN or Six Sigma experience would be beneficial.
