You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the efficient delivery of finance services across the organisation.
Manage daily banking transactions, reconciliations and payment processing.
Administer employee expenses, corporate card activity and cash management processes.
Support the maintenance and administration of finance systems and platforms.
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting and expenditure monitoring.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to finance system enhancement projects.
Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an effective and responsive finance service.
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance position.
Good understanding of reconciliations, payment processing and day-to-day finance operations.
Confident using finance systems together with strong Excel skills.
30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
